  • Deep-dive performance strategy session (30 minutes) to map your full training cycle

  • A fully customized high-performance 16-week training system

  • Direct access to Coach Dave for ongoing guidance, adjustments, and race strategy

  • Real-time communication (call/text support as needed)

  • 1–2 in-person sessions per month at Wash Park for pacing, form, and progress tracking
